• What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using your phone number. If you're not able to reset your password this way, open the Sho_w. app for additional help.

Resetting your password using your phone number

To reset your password, first open the Sho_w. app. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password below Log In. From there:

1. Enter your phone number, then tap Continue.

2. Enter the SMS verification code we sent you. You will be able to log in to your account this way.

3. Once in the app, navigate to your Profile>Settings>Change Password

4. Be sure to create a password you can remember and never share your passwords with anyone.

  • I can’t locate my account or don’t know my username.

You can always log in with your phone number instead of your username.

  • I received a message that I created a new Sho_w. account, but I didn’t sign up for a new account.

Most likely, someone tried to sign up for a Sho_w. account using your phone number by mistake. To remover your phone number from the account:

1. If you have a Sho_w. account, log out. Before logging out, make sure that you have access to the phone number currently associated with your account. Learn how to update your phone number. If you don't have a Sho_w. account, skip to step 2.

2. Contact us to let us know this wasn't you at support@lost.show.

  • I think my Sho_w. account has been hacked.

If you're under the impression that your account has been hacked, please contact us and let us know at support@lost.show.

  • What can I do if my account has been disabled?

If your Sho_w. account was disabled, you’ll see a message telling you when you try to log in. Accounts that don't follow our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use may be disabled without warning. We suggest that you review the Community Guidelines carefully along with the posts on all accounts you've created.

If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you may be able to appeal the decision by opening the app, entering your username and password and following the on-screen instructions.

If you don’t see a disabled message, you may be experiencing a login issue. If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there's no way to restore it. You can create a new account with the same phone number you used before, but you may not be able to get the same username.
