If you don’t mark orders as shipped within 3 days or within the handling time you specified, they’ll appear as a Late Shipment in Account Health in Mav Farm Enterprise.

If a customer never gets their order, they’ll contact you first to fix the issue. You must respond in 2 business days. Issues you can't resolve may result in claims for Mav Farm to evaluate. We cancel and automatically refund any orders not marked as shipped within 15 days. Customers can cancel orders not yet marked as shipped within 30 minutes of purchase.
